In-person courses have an approval workflow to authorize the employee’s attendance at the course

Attendance control

The system is designed to manage attendance for students in in-person courses.

If the minimum number of sessions established for the course is not attended, the student cannot pass the course.

Course expiration

BLMS includes the management of course expiration for handling certifications with a defined duration.

The system notifies the direct supervisor and the employee three, two, and one month in advance in case they need to recertify.

Diplomas

BLMS includes a feature that allows students to download PDF diplomas for the courses they have completed on the platform at any time.
